Felipe J. Echarte, Jr. serves as Senior Vice President Investments, specializing in the multifamily market since 2000. Focusing on multifamily properties in South Florida, he has been involved in over 400 transactions with over $1.35 billion in sales. Mr. Echarte’s expertise in investment strategies; analyzing investment scenarios; marketing properties; and locating investment opportunities has garnered him strong relationships with private and institutional investors. His results driven disposition leads to client retention and extensive referrals.

As a Senior Director in the National Multi Housing Group, Mr. Echarte has been awarded eight National Achievement Award, eight Gold Sales Achievement Award and fourteen Sales Recognition Awards. Mr. Echarte has received numerous Marcus & Millichap awards for mentoring new agents as well as collaboration with other agents inside and outside of Marcus & Millichap. Mr. Echarte has also received a number of industry awards including multiple Costar Powerbroker awards. Mr. Echarte heads The Kristol Group’s Dade County Division.

Mr. Echarte is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration on Financial Management and minor in Economics. He is married, has three boys and enjoys coaching youth sports, volunteering, golf, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
