Austin Michels is an Associate with Marcus & Millichap and has recently joined The Kristol Group. Austin specializes in multifamily properties between 5 and 20 units. As a South Florida native, Austin’s primary focus is on properties in North Broward County.

Austin is a graduate of The College of Charleston in South Carolina where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and a minor in Spanish. Austin has worked with a multitude of different real estate firms ranging from development, investment sales, property management, and construction. His diverse background in both commercial real estate and business has equipped him to provide clients with expert knowledge and analytics for multifamily investment sales.

Austin has been very engaged in competitive sports during the span of his life. Some of which include lacrosse, wrestling, swimming, and sailing. His persistence and focus to each task he completes conveys his absolute commitment to each client’s best interest. Austin also enjoys aerial and underwater videography, freediving, spearfishing, and sailing with his family and friends.
