Dakota Timm is an Investment Associate with Marcus & Millichap and a member of The Kristol Group, where he specializes in the sale of multifamily investments throughout Northeast Miami.

Dakotaís background includes experience in investment banking, principal investing, asset management, and investment sales. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Investment Banking Group at Stephens Inc., advising on mergers and acquisitions. He later joined EastSky Properties (a private equity real estate firm founded by former principals of L3C Capital Partners), where he focused on acquisitions and asset management of institutional multifamily investments across the United States.

Dakota holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Accounting from William & Maryís Mason School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from The University of Alabama.
