Mr. Kristol began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 1991 and has received many sales awards including the prestigious Chairman’s Club, exclusive Chairman’s Circle of Excellence, and numerous National Achievement Awards. He has been the top apartment agent in the Fort Lauderdale office since its inception, a top ten agent nationally on numerous occasions, and is one of the top earning agents in the firm’s history. He was the first agent in the State of Florida and helped grow the firm’s presence throughout the East Coast. He has also attended industry events as a guest speaker and has been an expert witness on the Florida Real Estate Market in the State, Federal and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Mr. Kristol is an Executive Director of the National Multi Housing Group and was a founding member of the Institutional Property Advisors group. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Anthropology.
