Nicholas A. McAndrew is a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap and a Member of the firm’s National Multi Housing Group which specializes in apartment communities in South Florida with a focus in Miami-Dade.
Nicholas’s approach to the business is summed under the “Golden Rule”. He views each client as an individual and takes the time to understand their goals when coming up with a tailormade business plan. This level of service provides a boutique hands-on approach while leveraging the firm’s national brand. Due to this level of service, he has personally sold or worked on over $550,000,000 worth of commercial real estate. His clients range from long-term single asset owners looking to retire or for estate planning purposes up to institutional clients whose real estate portfolio is more than $1,000,000,000.
He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he earned his Bachelor, with a major in Finance. His background in real estate and finance coupled with his experience at Marcus & Millichap has equipped him with the knowledge and tools to best assist his clients, providing keen insight into current market trends, asset analysis, financing, sales, and purchases.
