Sofee Desai is an Associate of Investments with the Kristol Group at Marcus & Millichap. As a proud South Florida native, Sofee brings a deep understanding of the local market and specializes in multifamily assets throughout Little Havana and Allapattah. Drawn to the area’s rich culture, vibrant history, and strong sense of community, Sofee is passionate about contributing to its continued growth and revitalization through facilitating investment sales and redevelopment.

Sofee earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, with concentrations in Real Estate and Business Law. Prior to joining The Kristol Group, she gained valuable experience in agency debt lending at Greystone and asset management at Lument, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and portfolio management.

Outside of work, Sofee enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, reading, shopping, and trying new restaurants.
